Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of this website (evrex.dev) and the Evrex waitlist. By using the site, you agree to them. Use of the Evrex product itself — the context layer you connect your coding agents to — is governed by a separate agreement provided when you receive access.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your interest in Evrex; it does not guarantee access, pricing, or a timeline. You must submit an email address you control. We may contact you at that address about access and product updates, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the site: no attempting to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure, submit addresses you don't control, or scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others.
Intellectual property
The Evrex name, logo, and the content of this site belong to Evrex. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission.
Disclaimers
This site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Product descriptions on this site reflect what Evrex is being built to do and may change before or after launch. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evrex is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website.
Changes to these terms
