What this policy covers
This policy describes what Evrex collects through this website (evrex.dev) and how we handle it. It covers the marketing site and the waitlist. Data handling inside the Evrex product — the context that passes through the gateway when you connect your coding agents — is governed by the agreement you enter when you start using the product.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit and the time you submitted it. That is the only personal information this website collects. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use your waitlist email to contact you about Evrex access and product updates. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except for the infrastructure providers that host this site and store the waitlist on our behalf.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage holds two things: your theme preference (light or dark) and your response to the cookie notice. Both stay on your device and are never transmitted to us.
Retention and deletion
We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to remove yours or the waitlist is retired. To have your email deleted, write to founders@evrex.dev and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting waitlist members will be announced by email.
